As am I!! Ramped up my exercise and have lowered calories twice this week so far. Hoping it helps will find out Monday I guess. Let's get those goals ladies!!!

Absolutely! That's the spirit, Erin! We CAN do it, Glamper! Definitely the exercise has got to help us. I was lazy during the hot months, but I'm not going to let the cold stand in my way! Let's shed these cocoons!!
