Passover and Easter was tough without cheating. Eat some desserts and drank some wine.....but nice to ee the scale still go down. Suagr yes but no bread carbs.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
