Ok I went crazy with eating thee wrong food choices ! wine and junk food clearly are not on Atkins I guess I am back to square one. Oh well Im back with the program today.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
