Happy Easter :) Hope you all have a blessed day with family and friends.

I knew I was eating larger portions & it showed on my weigh in.Well the scale stayed the same, I know I should be happy it didn't go up. I think I get alittle cocky because I am doing well and loosing weight I can eat more. WELL!! I have learned my lesson.
Today will be a challenge though with all the food.:)

67.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I fluctuate between cockiness and humility - Although the scale is not the only indicator of weight loss/gain it can be great to bring me back to reality! I over-ate on the weekend so now I am back on it .... need to refocus on portion control.
