Body recomposition underway. Slight weight increase but definitely already seeing results 1 month in. Weight-lifting 4-5 days/week (2 days/week with my trainer).
79.3 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
