Down slightly & this was a tad earlier than usual.

I met my Sis for lunch at Taco Mac today. I ordered 6 wings with the carrot & celery sticks. I didn't order fries, but I had about 5 or 6 of hers.

Afterwards, we shopped a little....Target, Pop Shelf & Walmart. She was excited to discover a cider & cinnamon scented candle she had been trying to find but had forgotten she purchased previously at Target. So, of course, I needed one, too 😊 It's one of my favorite Fall scents. I was browsing around & saw a sign that candles were 20% off, so even better! Then we found the cutest little glass Christmas trees that looked like mercury glass in different shapes....for $1 each. So, of course, we each had to have several. I was looking for oil for some reed diffusers in a Fall scent. I was trying to smell a bottle of oil at Pop Shelf. The lid wasn't wanting to come off....til it did...& I spilled it on my vest 😐 I had to run out to my car to use water from my Water Thermos (Always bring your water with you 😊) to sponge it off to prevent my vest from discoloring. No luck there, but I did find some oil at Wal-Mart.

We parted ways & I headed to Costco. Protein powder was on the list cause it was on sale, so I got 2 containers. I bought spices that are a great buy @ Costco. Tortilla soup, That's it mini fruit bars, Kale salad & replacement brushes for our electric tooth brushes found their way into the cart. I browsed through the clothing....bought Hubby 3 cozy pullover shirts and a v neck pullover, some dark green joggers & a green, black & cream plaid shirt for myself. $200 plus later, I escaped 😁

Back to the Gym tomorrow after a long weekend off (3 days). Hopefully, I haven't lost my momentum & can get back at it with no setbacks.

Something has caused me to have a runny nose again 😐 Maybe turning on the heat or allergens from stuff outside. I refuse to have a cold!!
