The last 10 pounds I've lost has been because I switched out my store bought condiments for homemade ones. I'm quite shocked by this development. The condiments I eat are mayo, yogurt dressing, olive oil and vinegar, lemon, and occasionally cashew butter.
56.4 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
