....ive just about had it with the number: I'm back to 194 lbs. Strangely enough, my sweatpants I'm wearing fitting different/ are baggier in thigh/hip. Measurements were a bit smaller or otherwise average. I spent 12 weeks pushing for a deficit. Past 4 weeks, I've taken a huge step back, so maybe I need this surplus, but am diverting to health substitutes food wise. I need to keep at maintain range calorie wise and not go overboard like yesterday... 🫥
