simply just not in starvation mode anymore.
9 miles yesterday
5am crossfit and 2 miles of hill sprints so far today. will also walk later after work :)
51.7 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
