NOTE TO SELF.?.
Was having a bad day..So I guess when this happens I get to busy and forget to eat.. BUT ON THE PLUS SIDE I LOST WEIGHT..
56.4 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
