Down 1 pound but I ate like an ass yesterday:
Bagel and cream cheese and orange juice
Fish tacos, chips and salsa and coke
Hamburger on brioche and an na beer
Arby’s poppers and a coke again.
75.8 kg Lost so far: 37.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
