Funny how the brain works! I was 0.6 pounds less than I am today for the last two mornings- I sure wanted to write that weight down this morning. However, that really defeats the purpose, doesn't it? Fact is I am 1.0 pounds down this morning. So that is what I am recording!

In the last 5 weeks I am down 0.2 pounds. That is disheartening. I have 8 weeks to lose 8 pounds if I am going to make my quarter of a year goal. Clearly, I will need to skiddle skaddle if I am going to make it. One pound per week is more than reasonable however I only lost 0.2 pounds in the last 5 weeks. That, alone is telling a story.

Last week we completed round 2 of the garage sale at my father in law's. It was definitely successful. This last week I have been at the house as people have been picking up furniture they purchased. House is starting to get a bit emptier. Not sure when the next push is going to happen. We are all pretty tired from the last push. We will start again to price and set things out either next week or the week after. It is Canadian Thanksgiving next weekend so definitely not running the actual sale then!

This past week I was able to get some thorough cleaning done at my home, chaired the Women's Shelter Board AGM, planned Thanksgiving as it will be at my home, subbed at the school yesterday, was at my father in law's as people picked up their larger purchases and today I am doing yoga with my sister leading the class and walking 5 km with my sister and daughter in support of Aboriginal Truth and Reconciliation Day.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
