Just shy of meeting my fiber goal: 19.2g out of 20. Close. Too many fat calories, not enough protein. It was chilly, I had leftover chicken so made a chicken pie. With GRAVY. Biscuit crust. And potatoes.. Ugh. Cooler weather always has been my comfort food time of year. Got to nip THAT in the bud NOW. Anyway, I'm up to two daily 30 min sessions on the stationary bike. That shld help break this rut I'm in. Puhleeeeeze! lol

Thursday already, where do the weeks go? Have a great one everybody :)

It's Def soup , stews and Chilli time of the year!!!! My favorite time I love soup. First one I'll be making after this weekends mini heatwave here will be ham and potato soup.

Me too, all kinds of soups and stews! Last year I started putting sweet potato cubes in my beef stews, and a tablespoon of baking cocoa. Soo good. Ham and potato is another one we love! Yummy!
