refueled yesterday, surprised its not higher. off to 5a crossfit. did a total of 10 miles yesterday, 185 active minutes, 24.2 k steps and my photo shoot went sooooo well.
49.2 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
