Eeeeeeeeek. That’s what happens when I stop tracking and eat junk for a week! I’m hoping some of it is water weight?? Back to strict tracking, intermittent fasting and low carb this week. Have a big event next week and need to fit in my clothes right.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
