50 pounds in 6 months!! Naturally gravitated to a 100% whole foods diet b/c most boxed foods and condiments have ingredients that are not natural, and I don't want to ingest chemicals or weird concoctions.
58.3 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! I've been using FatSecret since Feb, but only started posting and taking photos about a week ago. I've never belonged to any kind of social media before, and per my (I guess regimented?) weight loss plan, I only introduce one small change per week. I considered social media a change. I'm glad to be here. The advice that people are giving and sharing is awesome, and I think it will add to my success.
