I sure hate to see a gain but I keep trying to tell myself gaining is good. But it's so hard to see the scales go up. 82.2 will put me right at normal weight .
36.5 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
