Again with the scale not budging. Too many sweets. Maintaining is good, but Ive goals I want to meet. Got to get serious again. Hope everyone is having a good and a healthy week. Here's to health and progress!

Maintaining is better than gaining. I need to get back to my diet and exercise and logging my food.

Let' do it, Glamper. I FINALLY started riding my stationary bike yesterday. Rode 2 miles. I've got to move this weight. We can do this.
