I thought I was doing OK sticking to my diet plan and I am hoping the gain in weight was due to the fact that I was working out more than usual. I hope the gain is just water. I guess I will see in the next couple days if it goes down or not.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
