body update: weight 183.3 bf% 21.1% water 57.6% muscle 39.7%
since i'm moving tomorrow. i didn't buy any food for this week so i was a bit bad in my choices for breakfast but this will revert back to my regimen on monday :)
83.1 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
