I lost 300 grams of my regained weight today. And even better, the fat % is down again. :) 1100 grams until a new lowest weigh in - hopefully I'll reach it this time. Been yo-yo-ing way too much lately.
Life is good. :)
98.1 kg Lost so far: 56.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
