Today is Saturday and it is raining. I am ok with that because we need the rain after days of scorching 🥵 heat the last week or so. Yesterday I weighed in at my TOPS class at 180.6 lbs. This morning I weighed in at 181.6 lbs but I was not surprised. My husband & I went out to eat right after the weigh in and we enjoyed ourselves so much that I totally threw the diet to the wind. 😀 No regrets whatsoever! However, today I am back on my healthy eating and portion control. You guys inspire me so much with your encouragement and your experiences on your weight loss journey. 👍🏼
82.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
