I haven't been able to get back to the 170lbs mark for a while now. but I am not discouraged. a lot of things are going in the right direction for me in a personal happiness direction, so I'm really enjoying every moment. I haven't kept track of my eating for a while, and when I have, it's been very inconsistent. I'm ready to focus back to portion sizes and late evening snacks. hockey and basketball are starting up again this week so I'm looking forward to working on the cargo part of that again. I'm not unhappy with my body, but I do know I could tighten up lol thanks for reading, talk to you later
