ok great diet cheat day. about a 6 pound gain. that's a biggie. let's see what i had just for archiving..........3 eggs, 3 slices white bread, pork sausage, lots of cheese this particular day, 2 bowls of cereal, 2 oatmeal raising frosting sandwich cookies, 4 beef and cheddar sliders, 1 reeses cup, onion rings, tater tots. and beer. big day. sunday is back on track day. love it.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 32.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

the weight from 1 cheat day a week should resolve in 3-5 days. it is not body fat, it is food matter and water. the critical part is that the person goes back on their plan the next day. more than 1 cheat day a week is not ideal at all.
