I have been watching what I eat for about a week now and I even went out and bought a new scale so that I could see exactly what my current weight is. When I posted the 160 as my weight last week, it was an approximate weight. This morning I am using my new scale and I weighed in at 160.4 lbs so now I'm really ready to do this! :)
72.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
