Am enjoying the low fat, higher carb meals. Staying below 1000 cals daily. I think a couple lower calorie days, interspersed with a couple higher calorie days and exercise might be the ticket rev things back up a bit. Cant go too low in calories, that shuts down metabolism. Have to keep protein up for muscle. Need to get fiber in for regularity. So going to have to use psychology on the old system, lol. I'm thinking zig zag weigh-ins are calling for zig zag input. Make sense? We'll see! Happy hump day everyone! Like Nike, Just do it!!
