It's coming holiday time before we know it. I have got to motivate. Again. (10 lbs by Christmas isn't a lot to expect!!) Soo tired of flatline, or worse - zigzag - losing pattern!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
