I travel for work and don't always make the best decisions in healthy eating and I have gained a lot of weight. I am so uncomfortable and unhappy with my body. Tonight I downeded the app and am going to strat tracking my food. I also am going to try to hit the gyms at the places I stay.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good plan! It really helps me to log food throughout the day. If I wait until “later” I forget things. I really enjoy reading the posts on the forum and it helps me to know I have company in this health journey

I have such a hard time with travel, too. Luckily, I only do it a few times a year.

Take it slow and work your way into everything . Celebrate each little victory and each little improvement you make. Keep going forward. Slow doesn’t mean ~ no results, slow means improvement and movement towards your goals. I am saying this to myself each day. Today wasn’t the greatest, I can improve it tomorrow. It took me so long to get out of shape, so it’s okay if it’ll take me a bit time to get back to normal. The best of luck. Don’t give up!!!
