Had a fire at our house this last sunday night. Haven't had much want to eat. Plus a week ago my dencures broke so it's hurt to eat.

145.1 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg. Still to go: 31.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 9.5 kg a Week
