Yeah, that’s a little insane but after a smaller than average loss last week, monthly hormones, and my hubby getting our car impounded meaning I walked places A LOT this week (including to and from swimming) 😂, it’s culminated in this crazy loss and I’m taking it 😊 Also grateful getting around on foot is so much easier now.

TOTAL LOSS TO DATE: 218.2 lbs
75.9 kg Lost so far: 99.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
