I have been over quota a lot this past week. Mostly due to eating lunch out with my boss and random snacking. I have tried not to let it go too far overboard but the scale crept up anyway. Expected at least.
Workouts are steady and keep wanting to work on something completely new but just need to figure that out. 🤔
81.9 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Not much gain really so you can correct this easily.

Heck 400ml of water weighs ~400g... so 200g is half a mug of water... or a large Coffee.
