I think my body is developing muscle. I'm back at the gym working out regularly and eating fairly healthy and haven't lost any this week. I can physically see the difference. I'm losing inches I can tell from how my clothes fit, but not seeing it on the scale. That is fine with me. More muscle means a healthier, leaner me!
106.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good for you! I have been having the same feeling. Today, I finally took all my body measurements so I can keep track of those periodically. It at least gives me something to do besides wonder why the scale number isn't plummeting! :)
