Feeling depressed on my weight keeps increasing and not going back down ,haven't changed the way i have been eating and working ourtside since the weather is nice getting the yard in order for the garden to go in and cleaning my dairy goats pens and still the weight is climbing but i also deal with hypothyroidism which is a slow metabolism which makes losing very difficult :-(
