A little up and down on the scale this month. Need to shock my system again. exercise routine has been changed, now to get back to focusing on my diet. At least I've managed to maintain the loss this month.
92 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I live for HiiT, 24, Body Conditioning, Crossfit. Those are my main workouts, and then inbetween I still do swimming, running and cycling. I've just enquired to see a Personal Trainer to see if I could up my game some how.

I use the Isagenix Cleanse for life. Here is some information:http://www.isagenix.com/~/media/product/cleanse-for-life/cfl-brochure/us-en-cfl-brochure.pdf Obviously there are other products and you can choose what ever product you want. I have done a lot of research on their products and I like them. Just try to stay away from the lemon cayenne "make your own" recipes. Little or no antioxidant benefits. This product goes way beyond the colon cleanse having positive benefits on organs, immune system, etc.
