Was a bit nervous about the scale this week as I was on the higher end of my calorie range most of the week bc I was hungrier for whatever reason and things were a little more carb-y than usual bc of a freezer-emptying exercise lol. So all that to say: 😃😃😃 Time to readjust weight goal again

LOSS TOTAL TO DATE: 211 lbs

MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: A job that allows me balance. For the first time in my career, I’ve set healthy boundaries and this amazing job I took on close to 2 years ago gives me the ability to swim each morning and completely disconnect while on vacation.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 95.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
