don't love ending week with an increase of 1 pound. but, at this point in the game couple thoughts: 1 - weight has been super consistent for over 16 months. 2- person can't help but aim for new lows, but the psychology of knowing you're as low as you can/should get is hard to calibrate in your brain.

cant ignore the positive. at this point, the numbers on the scale are food in the digestive system and water. yesterday was a sodium day
