Not much for a loss this week, but it’s been a super stressful and hectic one. I find that if I don’t have my protein smoothie in the morning right away, I want to snack or eat things I shouldn’t at night. At least all the activity kept me from gaining despite my poor food choices.
98.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
