I achieved my 210 lbs goal while recording my lowest weight since May.
My original goal was 230 lbs so it's satisfying to have continued loosing. I plan on getting to my ultimate goal of 205 by November 1st.
95.2 kg Lost so far: 34.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
