Working on it! I ate less, exercised when I got home from work and got some extra ZZZzzzs. My goal today is to do 20 squats every time I go to the bathroom. Then exercise when I get home. Of course some with depend if Hubs is home or not. I don't like exercising with an audience.
54.1 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
