Same weight today.
1908 calories for today. I know I burned the extras at the Gym, so hopefully, I'll at least maintain. Got a good workout. Started with upper body today....I usually start with lower. Hubby helped me push thru on a couple of machines.

We had vegetable soup from Costco for dinner. I cooked a chicken breast & shredded it to add. Pretty good & filling.

62.1 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
