So 2 packages of cookies, 1 Oh Henry bar, chocolate chips in my Greek Yougurt, 4 hot chocolate, no gym since Monday and I lost weight...I starve myself and I gain. Makes no sense sometimes...
58.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
