Staying the same weight. Pushing myself to get back into the swing of things. Set my alarm to get me moving. So I will do 20 minute walk three times a day. Fall bowling leagues are starting up soon so I will be going to the gym as well. Summer down south sucks. To hot to do much outside. I can't wait for fall! Or closer to winter because it stays hot for so long. But anyways, trying to stay on track.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
