Period weight? Or all those hazelnuts. I think I want to be back in the 150s. Anything between 155 - 159 But I also like how trim I look and I like my muscles but I don’t need them to be bigger so I’ve been avoiding HIIT but taking boxing, krav maga, yoga and tennis to balance out my routine. Hmmm
