How is this possible! I literally am eating right. I don't know if I can eat less than what I'm eating and not feel drained or tired. I will start tomorrow. Today, I'm in bed. I'm sick. This is disappointing. I'm going to up my exercise by walking before work. I'll do my meal prep at night, instead of in the morning.

I super cheated for dinner. Ate a huge serving of spaghetti. Tomorrow I am getting back on track. I will lower my calories and reduce carbs.

your coming up on 3 weeks of dieting (per your 1st entry here) how long did it take to gain what you want to lose? give it that same amount of time. its a process girl but you got it!!!

Yep, cheating with a big serving of pasta will slow weight loss for sure.

That was after eating healthy and exercising @unhealthydaddy... I regretted it because I felt pretty yucky after, not guilty or ashamed. It was too heavy... But it's in the past. I've been doing everything right. More than I was before.... So I'll live. Lol

If you are eating a lower carb diet then you will be depleting glycogen. Glycogen bonds to water, and is often why at the beginning of a diet you lose weight quickly. Less glycogen, less water. So if you eat a lot of carbs you are refueling your muscle glycogen, and probably just adding a whole lot of water into your muscles. It is largely temporary, as even a large single meal (within reason) won’t be significant if overall you have a solid plan. If you “can’t eat any less”, I take this as a sign you might be overly restricting!
