I'm so frustrated with this weight gain. It's my fault but I'm angry at myself and I can see it. The thing is, the extreme heat makes me walk less. Still 1.25 a day but still less than my peak walking season.
Had that conference and meals out where I couldn't control the items. But this has to change.
Hubs is likely to be heading back on the road. There have been some issues with drivers and he is needed. While I will miss him, that helps me diet. Because I don't keep snack in the house and such.
I'm just so upset to be heavier.
