Repeat of yesterday's breakfast but added a boiled egg this morning to up the protein a bit. Enjoying the weekend so far, hope y'all are also. Looking forward to a good start on Monday for another drop in the week ahead. Committed!! These pounds can't beat us! Happy Saturday all.
