I can't decide if I leave things the way they are & accept my weight may be a pound or 2 over goal or deliberately go into a deficit to I get back to or under 135. That would not be starting today. We had a lovely steak dinner with asparagus, mushrooms....and wine 🍷 🍷

We stopped at the grocery store after the Gym, getting us home later. I decided not to have anything to actually "chew" with our Protein smoothie. Recently, I've had either a small bowl of chicharrones or popcorn with my smoothie, cause like I said....chewing 😊 That did reduce my calories by a little.

I actually think our workout on the weight machines was a bit longer today, too.

Anyway, I've been trying to be sure I'm properly fueled for my workout & then getting protein afterwards, too. That means workout day calories may be higher. I guess I have to decide if I need to reign in the calories on rest days. If my weight were to continue to rise, I'd definitely cut back. Guess we'll see how this plays out.

Speaking of workouts, today was good. I pushed myself a bit...either going with higher weights or more reps.

No plans for tomorrow yet, but I'm planning to get together with my Sister on Sunday. We're going to have lunch & check out the new City Center where she lives. There are shops & resteraunts. Hubby & I were there a few months ago, but not many places were open yet.

Need to tidy up the kitchen & get to bed. 📚😴
