My body adjusted to the fact that I usually skip dinner, but I had way too many cookies yesterday. I was expecting a weight gain since my fast days over the weekend....plus the gym workout.
Today it would be most likely the same, food intake wise at least, but a better workout tonight in the gym.
Period is still missing due to the previous ketosis
57.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
