I am so damn sore! Between starting back to the Gym, going up and down the stairs with laundry and groceries, and walking the Back Bay, my body is in shock. Like every muscle. I think my right eye ball and pinky finger are the only things that don't ache.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 35.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I just had a funny thought. If I had the back to the future DeLorean I would totally go back to my size 14 self and have a good talking to. "Put down that pint of Cherry Garcia!!! Stop driving through Del Taco! Drink Kabmucha and go to Yoga!....or, or else!" Dang....If I were only as fat as I was the first time I thought I was fat.

I am trying to come up with eyeball and pinky exercises so you can say you worked every single muscle! Keep it up and your body will catch up in no time.

Thank you for the encouragement, Ginsin and Izzypup. I realized that there's another part of my body that doesn't hurt.....my hair. Good Lord! Please don't send me an exercise for that! It would likely involve some very hot appliance, skinny little teasing comb and Aqua Net...I'm just not up for that right now:)
