Got up the courage to weigh myself even with this heavy cast on which must weigh at least a pound. I’m very happy I think I really weigh around 162 without it but I’ll find out once it’s removed. Go ahead my efforts at reducing the amount of food I am eating and whatever working out I can do are paying off. At least my weight is relatively stable

74.1 kg Lost so far: 32.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
